Terms of Service

TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: July 27, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services, memberships, website features, and related offerings provided by Four Arrows Home Services LLC (“Four Arrows,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a service, enrolling in a membership, scheduling or authorizing services, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Four Arrows Home Services LLC provides home-support, household assistance, property-related assistance, maintenance coordination, and other services described on our website or agreed upon directly with a customer.

The exact services included in a membership are determined by the membership description in effect at the time of enrollment. Services not specifically included in a membership may require a separate quote, authorization, or additional payment.

Four Arrows may decline work that is unsafe, unlawful, outside our capabilities, requires licensing or certification we do not possess, requires specialized equipment, or otherwise falls outside the agreed scope of service.

2. Membership Plans

Four Arrows currently offers the following recurring monthly membership levels:

Essential Homecare — $40 per month
Complete Homecare — $75 per month
Premier Homecare — $125 per month

The specific benefits, services, limitations, and frequency of service associated with each plan are described on our website or during enrollment.

Membership fees purchase access to the benefits associated with the applicable membership level. Membership fees do not mean that every repair, material, part, contractor charge, emergency service, or other expense is included unless specifically stated as included.

Four Arrows may modify the features or pricing of its membership plans. Existing customers will be provided notice when required before a material pricing change takes effect.

3. Automatic Recurring Billing

Memberships are recurring subscriptions.

By enrolling, the customer authorizes Four Arrows Home Services LLC and its payment processor to automatically charge the customer’s selected payment method for the applicable membership fee on a recurring monthly basis until the membership is canceled.

Charges will generally occur on or around the customer’s recurring billing date.

The customer is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and accurate billing information.

4. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, Four Arrows or its payment processor may attempt to collect the payment again.

Membership benefits may be suspended if an account becomes past due. Four Arrows may cancel a membership for continued nonpayment.

The customer remains responsible for amounts legitimately incurred before cancellation, subject to applicable law.

5. Cancellation

Customers may cancel their membership through the customer billing portal or by contacting Four Arrows Home Services LLC.

Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation will take effect at the end of the customer’s current paid billing period. The customer will retain applicable membership benefits through that date.

After cancellation becomes effective, the membership will not automatically renew and no additional monthly membership charge will be made unless the customer later enrolls again.

Cancellation does not automatically cancel separately authorized work, outstanding invoices, or charges incurred before the membership ends.

6. Upgrading or Downgrading Memberships

Customers may be permitted to switch among eligible Four Arrows membership plans through the customer portal.

When a customer changes plans, Stripe may calculate prorated charges or credits based on the unused portion of the existing plan and the remaining portion of the new plan, consistent with the billing settings presented during the change.

Upgrades or downgrades may therefore result in an immediate prorated charge or account credit.

Any amount presented to the customer during the plan-change process should be reviewed before confirming the change.

7. Refunds

Membership fees are generally nonrefundable once a billing period has begun, except where required by law or where Four Arrows determines that a refund or credit is appropriate.

Cancellation ordinarily prevents the next renewal rather than refunding the current billing period.

Payments for separately authorized services, materials, special-order items, third-party charges, or completed work are subject to the terms applicable to that particular job and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates any refund, cancellation, warranty, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

8. Scheduling and Availability

Membership does not guarantee immediate or around-the-clock availability unless a particular plan expressly states otherwise.

Appointments and requests are subject to employee availability, scheduling, weather, traffic, holidays, emergencies, workload, access to the property, availability of parts or materials, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Four Arrows will make reasonable efforts to communicate scheduling changes.

9. Access to the Property

The customer is responsible for providing safe and lawful access to areas reasonably necessary to perform requested services.

The customer should disclose known hazards, dangerous animals, unsafe structural conditions, hazardous materials, security systems, restricted areas, or other conditions that could affect the safe performance of work.

Four Arrows may refuse or discontinue work when conditions reasonably appear unsafe.

10. Authorization to Perform Services

By requesting or approving work, the customer represents that they are the property owner or otherwise have authority to authorize the requested services.

If the customer requests services for a parent’s, relative’s, tenant’s, or another person’s property, the customer is responsible for obtaining any permission necessary for Four Arrows to enter the property and perform the requested services.

11. Additional Work, Parts and Materials

Membership fees do not automatically include parts, materials, equipment, subcontractor charges, permit fees, specialty services, or repairs unless expressly included in the applicable membership.

When additional paid work is required, Four Arrows may provide a separate estimate, quote, work order, or agreement.

Four Arrows will not treat these website Terms as a substitute for any separate written contract required by applicable law.

12. Third-Party Contractors and Vendors

Certain requested services may require an appropriately qualified or licensed third-party contractor, vendor, or specialist.

Four Arrows may assist customers with identifying, scheduling, communicating with, or coordinating third parties when appropriate. Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, third-party providers remain responsible for their own work, pricing, licensing, insurance, warranties, and performance.

Any third-party charges are the customer’s responsibility unless Four Arrows expressly agrees otherwise.

13. No Medical or Emergency Services

Four Arrows Home Services LLC is a home-services business and is not an emergency medical service, healthcare provider, nursing service, law-enforcement agency, security monitoring service, or substitute for emergency assistance.

Customers should call 911 or the appropriate emergency service for medical emergencies, fires, suspected gas leaks, crimes in progress, immediate threats to safety, or other emergencies.

Membership should never be relied upon as an emergency-response system.

14. Personal and Family Support Services

When services are requested on behalf of an older adult, parent, relative, or other household member, Four Arrows will perform only those services that fall within the lawful scope of the business and the agreed service.

Four Arrows does not provide medical diagnoses, administer prescription medication, provide skilled nursing care, make legal or financial decisions for customers, or perform other regulated professional services unless specifically authorized and legally qualified to do so.

15. Customer Property

Four Arrows will use reasonable care while performing services.

Customers should secure cash, jewelry, firearms, sensitive documents, medications, valuable collectibles, and other unusually valuable or hazardous property before a scheduled visit.

Four Arrows is not responsible for preexisting damage, ordinary wear and tear, hidden defects, deterioration, defective equipment, manufacturer defects, or conditions that could not reasonably have been identified before performing the service, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

16. Warranties

Any specific warranty applicable to separately performed repair or improvement work will be stated in the applicable estimate, invoice, work order, or written agreement.

Manufacturer warranties on parts, appliances, equipment, or materials remain subject to the manufacturer’s terms.

Four Arrows does not guarantee that every household problem can be diagnosed, repaired, or resolved through a membership visit.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Four Arrows Home Services LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website, membership program, or services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability that cannot legally be waived.

18. Customer Conduct

Four Arrows reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a membership for threatening, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, fraudulent, unlawful, or dangerous conduct toward our employees, contractors, customers, or representatives.

We may also refuse service where performing the requested work would violate applicable law or create an unreasonable safety risk.

Termination by Four Arrows does not eliminate legitimate amounts already owed for services provided.

19. Membership Abuse

Membership benefits are intended for reasonable personal household use consistent with the plan purchased.

Four Arrows may investigate suspected misuse, fraud, excessive or unauthorized use, resale of membership benefits, or attempts to obtain services outside the scope of a membership.

Four Arrows may restrict or terminate a membership for material abuse of the program, subject to applicable law.

20. Communications

By providing a telephone number or email address, customers agree that Four Arrows may contact them regarding appointments, service requests, billing, account administration, membership information, estimates, and other transactional matters.

Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing services where applicable law requires separate consent.

21. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors, including Stripe.

Four Arrows does not directly control the security, availability, or independent practices of third-party payment processors. Use of those services may also be governed by the provider’s own terms and privacy policies.

22. Privacy

Personal information collected through our website, membership program, payment process, or services will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Payment-card information may be collected and processed directly by our payment processor rather than stored directly by Four Arrows.

23. Changes to These Terms

Four Arrows may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, membership program, business practices, or applicable law.

The updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Material changes affecting existing recurring memberships will be communicated when required by applicable law.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any provision of these Terms that is determined to be invalid or unenforceable will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary while the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Nothing in these Terms waives any consumer protection or other right that cannot lawfully be waived.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the applicable membership description, Privacy Policy, and any separate estimate, work order, invoice, or written service agreement constitute the applicable agreement between the customer and Four Arrows concerning the relevant services.

For separately contracted work, the specific written estimate, work order, or service agreement controls if it expressly conflicts with these general Terms.
